better days.
The truth will always be simple.

becoming scotch, balvenie distillery, scotland.

i found the world in amboise, france.

sometimes, we have bad days. today, i hide from the rain.

chateau in loire valley, france. mystery of stained glass solved using our mind. way too modern for the time period--- they were bombed in world war two. such a beautiful, subtle, complex addition to a monument.
i hear every person that comes in and out of my building. sometimes i want to say hello, others to be quiet. be considerate. people live here. then i feel so stereotypical new york.
it's almost time to say goodbye.

as baz luhrman once said, "live in new york, but leave before it makes you too hard. live in california, but leave before it makes you too soft."

a year or so ago, i made these.

pretty things

sending mail is almost 50 cents. i can't keep up, i have stamps from years ago saved up. x

practicing my trapeze skills on queen victoria's fountain, in front of buckingham palace.
i am welcoming myself back. looking forward to more constant blogging--sharing both current photographs/works in progress and inspiration.
i hope to interest you more regularly. please continue to stop by.

as i have been re-decorating, looking at dream bedrooms has been a hobby. i love the above bathroom and bedroom. one day.
gold frames are beautiful, and the above becomes an art piece.

hello september. bring on the rain, mist, and changing leaves. the air smells different.

the power of storms amazes me. like the crashing of waves on pavement.

"Love the animals, love the plants, love everything. If you love everything, you will perceive the divine mystery in things. Once you perceive it, you will begin to comprehend it better every day. And you will come at last to love the whole world with an all-embracing love."
— Fyodor Dostoyevsky
i love quiet moments.

feeling very grateful to be back
and for the travels i've done.

hello new york city.
